Are all the watches sold by L'ORO authentic?

Every timepiece sold by L’ORO Jewellery and LORO.CA are 100% authentic. We are Authorized Retailers, and all new timepieces are accompanied by a manufacturer warranty.

Are all brands purchasable online?

As most of our brands are available to be purchase online, some are only available to be viewed in store.

Shipping & Handling

What shipping method do you use?

Depending on the value of the item we shipping we use either FedEx express (1-2 business days), or Ground (1-4 business days)

Where do you ship to?

Currently LORO.CA only ships within Canada. Shipping options and delivery times vary depending on shipping location.

Can I pick up in store?

Yes!  You can easily place timepiece on hold for pick up at any of our three locations!

Returns

Can I exchange in store?

Yes, you are welcome to exchange your online purchase in store, but first you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  This RMA number can only be obtained by emailing [email protected]
