What is Flexiti?

Flexiti is a Canadian company that offers a buy now, pay later solution. Offering a payment solution with 0% financing, on approved credit.  

Note: Approval is determined by the financier, Flexiti, not by L’ORO.  A credit check is required.  No interest payable if required payment are made when due.

How can I apply for a Flexiti card?

Apply in store at either of our three locations 

You also have the option to apply upon checkout on loro.ca, simply select Flexiti as the payment method.  Once you continue a pop-up provided by Flexiti will prompt you to apply or use an already existing account. 

What do you need to apply?

• A valid form of government issued photo ID (a health card does not apply)
• Must be a Canadian Resident
• A valid email address
• A valid home address
• Canadian phone number that receives calls & SMS

Already have a Flexiti card?

No need to apply again.  If you already have a Flexiti account, apply your account upon checkout or at a L’ORO location near you. . 

What are the financing terms online?

We offer Flexiti financing online for 6 months and 12 month terms. A minimum spend per tier is required.  

6 months Flexiti financing available on purchases $500+ pre tax

12 months Flexiti financing available on purchases $2000+ pre tax

Is everything in-store and online available for financing?

No, not all of our products are available for financing. Exclusions including but not limited to: limited editions, special editions, novelties, shipping, parts, repairs, special orders, custom orders, lay-away, pre-owned, sale/discounted items, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Flexiti purchases are final sale.

How long does it take to process a Flexiti order ?

 Flexiti financed purchases require approximately 3 business days for approval on our end prior to shipping.  Some orders take longer to receive approval.
